GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL COUPLINGS;
1 – Please think that “GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO USE COUPLING “as part
of coupling and keep it all the time with it,
2 – Staff that will assemble and maintain the coupling should read
and apply instructions to to keep coupling SAFETY,WITH OUT TROUBLE,WORKING
PERFORMANCE
3 – Please prefer the brand that can give you good service and
technical information while purchasing a coupling.
4- After selection a coupling if you want to change some situations
(speed, power, performance) please recalculate and select a new
coupling according to result.
SECURITY
1 - All that valuable machine parts, please care transport, storage
and preservation.
2 – Couplings can be used and operated only under specified
conditions that are mentioned about supply agreement.
3 - Technical personnel that select and will assemble and
maintenance the coupling, need to know GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS and
technical informations in catalog
4 - All the maintenance operations should do while coupling is not
working. Please cut off power supply to work out of your control,
not to cause an accident.
5 –A noise or a problem is seen during the operation in the
coupling system, please cut off power supply of it and double check
the system
6 – Please cover the rotating parts
7 - During coupling installation and maintenance, apply processes
that mentioned about your company's own operating and maintenance
instructions.
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE ;
1-Keep the following symbols.
2-Take the couplings as preserved.
3-In general, protected couplings can be strored in a dry place
up to six months.
4-Ask the manufacturer suitable protection and packaging for
long-term storing.
